<br />
I didn't realise how long it had been since my last post!<br />
<br />
I will be making more regular posts from now on. <br />
<br />
Here are a couple of my latest journal pages. <br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjGkk9Q47j2qIqsXyfHpVVZ1LRX9wVICjIVZydtk5FisE4s89aQfI9y__vR9BAWcZFhCgSWwneMDAWvVv9QO3CrcgNDKN3Tr-YaX4tt2W9RmHeQvmQlf5kasyJ7da4eyFKxhmR-XYgScxo/s1600/IMG_1691+2.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1200" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjGkk9Q47j2qIqsXyfHpVVZ1LRX9wVICjIVZydtk5FisE4s89aQfI9y__vR9BAWcZFhCgSWwneMDAWvVv9QO3CrcgNDKN3Tr-YaX4tt2W9RmHeQvmQlf5kasyJ7da4eyFKxhmR-XYgScxo/s400/IMG_1691+2.JPG" width="300" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
This page was done with Neocolours, Carabelle Studio stamps, some Dry Wall Tape, paste, white and black gesso. I really like the silhouette the black paints creates around the flowers (Donna Downey Stencil)</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg-nmuNd2uixFNKU8MaD63dZTDgfOj8e6SMy9sl6PWE-OYUwnFdUdGpLx-UzEyRFgtUPUK9GlIpwcqnAAPHDFovqI33IBWrCSo1TqvUmAZUFL7L6jVWl_RWGXzvQmpBGumL9mJOb2jDkaw/s1600/IMG_1692+2.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1200" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg-nmuNd2uixFNKU8MaD63dZTDgfOj8e6SMy9sl6PWE-OYUwnFdUdGpLx-UzEyRFgtUPUK9GlIpwcqnAAPHDFovqI33IBWrCSo1TqvUmAZUFL7L6jVWl_RWGXzvQmpBGumL9mJOb2jDkaw/s400/IMG_1692+2.JPG" width="300" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Background was again done with neocolours, black gesso, some paste through a stencil some assorted washi tape and a Tim Holtz Paper Doll, and a caravelle studio stamp</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgTVnRq9AeAgA56cWri2M009soJN0KZv04HQQTfgEUd_uDXyrsudC8rF-63qp6IKN8nWtNvX7QFtJj1xnvWZVc0tVM1sNyvFHQcOTI2_5WXZAvTgThge2fNqDDZpOwytOOKjiX5KEgeE1o/s1600/IMG_1694+2.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1200" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgTVnRq9AeAgA56cWri2M009soJN0KZv04HQQTfgEUd_uDXyrsudC8rF-63qp6IKN8nWtNvX7QFtJj1xnvWZVc0tVM1sNyvFHQcOTI2_5WXZAvTgThge2fNqDDZpOwytOOKjiX5KEgeE1o/s400/IMG_1694+2.JPG" width="300" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Background was done with Dina Wakely paints, some home-made labels some background stamps and a couple of Lavinia stamps</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgNw2UxL_1AJNH5y4cKwEDi43Eydwawa6ePepPUJfxznSGO4Qr39Ep0Amn_PFAHwAvZHZaRL7BgpVrnItJucS0YDcocpMOi4DIZrO1tjZYpKEuvUT65YWeoT0quqCKuZGRjq5snCE4Q4xQ/s1600/IMG_6245+2.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1200" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgNw2UxL_1AJNH5y4cKwEDi43Eydwawa6ePepPUJfxznSGO4Qr39Ep0Amn_PFAHwAvZHZaRL7BgpVrnItJucS0YDcocpMOi4DIZrO1tjZYpKEuvUT65YWeoT0quqCKuZGRjq5snCE4Q4xQ/s400/IMG_6245+2.JPG" width="300" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
This one was done with Neocolours and Gesso. Background stamping with an Artistic Stamper Script stamp, numbers from a Carabelle Studio Stencil, and colour using Carabelle Studios All stamps from the new range by Kate Crane.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />
This months topic over at The Artistic Stamper Blog is Springtime, with that in mind i decided to put a slightly different take on the theme and this is what i came up with<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhBv4Fu-cGWB77Gl3AlNIu30NuMQ0z_tSEr7YY7MhY_j2V6l-rKsDjV0kIhsCbb76BEP1sDNzb94-_0JbiamI15lKOfDLx02Wem3SmsR_3eDfKOnUMfHoKe05Wy1043z1gJywZx-qtAQBQ/s1600/IMG_7863.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhBv4Fu-cGWB77Gl3AlNIu30NuMQ0z_tSEr7YY7MhY_j2V6l-rKsDjV0kIhsCbb76BEP1sDNzb94-_0JbiamI15lKOfDLx02Wem3SmsR_3eDfKOnUMfHoKe05Wy1043z1gJywZx-qtAQBQ/s400/IMG_7863.jpg" width="300" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I started by taking a printed tag and covering it with Cut Grass Dylusions paint</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhiwKREaRmw8pAy9A9mi9D06Cp9Y195ljNkQvWUB4eDQi9xlmpxYeOnsvTI2YJ_kHVnX6JQ40NQpgvbjRRwMJ7e69-eEFzWhyK0ioI2CWBD0baJPIKVarDUw6zw2cVOX720mrzXPe-7XK4/s1600/IMG_7865.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhiwKREaRmw8pAy9A9mi9D06Cp9Y195ljNkQvWUB4eDQi9xlmpxYeOnsvTI2YJ_kHVnX6JQ40NQpgvbjRRwMJ7e69-eEFzWhyK0ioI2CWBD0baJPIKVarDUw6zw2cVOX720mrzXPe-7XK4/s400/IMG_7865.jpg" width="300" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I stamped the Tick Tock flower stamp onto another printed tag, which i had painted with a mix of Tangerine Dream and Lemon Zest. The leaves were stamped using the leaves from the Lesley Matthewson Dog Rose set, and were stamped onto another piece of tag, this time painted with polished jade.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh2ZCfAjU8q8YBTi0nEdz7vf2BGlWmGvaIRPQz-zW_L3g6DzmcoiQ-uvXR6B0MDKOFvhyZPxsZ8T9nz7jLvwD5GfpuffPQGX0Hb46R-Lj_Yj0l71e60KWZGiouWTFpp0RAd-_9BD7Sp9xI/s1600/IMG_7866.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh2ZCfAjU8q8YBTi0nEdz7vf2BGlWmGvaIRPQz-zW_L3g6DzmcoiQ-uvXR6B0MDKOFvhyZPxsZ8T9nz7jLvwD5GfpuffPQGX0Hb46R-Lj_Yj0l71e60KWZGiouWTFpp0RAd-_9BD7Sp9xI/s400/IMG_7866.jpg" width="300" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I stamped around the edges using the Decay background in Lucky Clover Distress Ink and then in Archival Black and the mini Decay background stamp.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEicnRNRXDOpERMUlx-iaCVOmeLOPu0E6MNZn-VC2oMkydKUn7Jk05TbYZVbrC-KED12H_xWlXsys-hSgLGTR4Wxcde_aml8t1-9-RRTG6IbteF65_YTMqy76KHRM1As2d34FsbRTgWSFTY/s1600/IMG_7864.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEicnRNRXDOpERMUlx-iaCVOmeLOPu0E6MNZn-VC2oMkydKUn7Jk05TbYZVbrC-KED12H_xWlXsys-hSgLGTR4Wxcde_aml8t1-9-RRTG6IbteF65_YTMqy76KHRM1As2d34FsbRTgWSFTY/s400/IMG_7864.jpg" width="300" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
The stem was made using jewellery wire wrapped around a pencil</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh2ZCfAjU8q8YBTi0nEdz7vf2BGlWmGvaIRPQz-zW_L3g6DzmcoiQ-uvXR6B0MDKOFvhyZPxsZ8T9nz7jLvwD5GfpuffPQGX0Hb46R-Lj_Yj0l71e60KWZGiouWTFpp0RAd-_9BD7Sp9xI/s1600/IMG_7866.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh2ZCfAjU8q8YBTi0nEdz7vf2BGlWmGvaIRPQz-zW_L3g6DzmcoiQ-uvXR6B0MDKOFvhyZPxsZ8T9nz7jLvwD5GfpuffPQGX0Hb46R-Lj_Yj0l71e60KWZGiouWTFpp0RAd-_9BD7Sp9xI/s400/IMG_7866.jpg" width="300" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
The lettering was done using a new alphabet washi tape from The Artistic Stamper</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgK2FbODNlz5HOjVx5BxEXq7aO52KOvjDcq9CgkZe0LJqdKlHHtM4kY_uh69xWu57CUy0nRO5NYDfISSmfYNYriVWSI_P6wwM35fNQA2TTVI8-idMvaG5-FO8aPyBJn14xgxyWiMPkwS_8/s1600/IMG_7867.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgK2FbODNlz5HOjVx5BxEXq7aO52KOvjDcq9CgkZe0LJqdKlHHtM4kY_uh69xWu57CUy0nRO5NYDfISSmfYNYriVWSI_P6wwM35fNQA2TTVI8-idMvaG5-FO8aPyBJn14xgxyWiMPkwS_8/s400/IMG_7867.jpg" width="300" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
The layers were raised using the pieces of wood you sometimes get with a new canvas which are designed to support the back of it. However they do come in really useful in mixed media</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

Hi Everyone, hope you all had a good Christmas and are looking forward to 2017.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjePPrZzB1lTM3nuWoVLJFv_m0Rh8nlz_gp0mNkc7KG2POLxh0k4vLifJaZs8zr0gh7eH48sTb1U7fBBfsIhLXYdJXPMoNv1HO_jMJO8Q0FVk8v6wUlNFnaXUKjxE5c6k1-0URqQsfv8yU/s1600/IMG_7766.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjePPrZzB1lTM3nuWoVLJFv_m0Rh8nlz_gp0mNkc7KG2POLxh0k4vLifJaZs8zr0gh7eH48sTb1U7fBBfsIhLXYdJXPMoNv1HO_jMJO8Q0FVk8v6wUlNFnaXUKjxE5c6k1-0URqQsfv8yU/s400/IMG_7766.JPG" width="300" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
this page was created using a mop up page, or just one i used some excess paint on. The Dahlia in the middle was coloured using my new Prismacolour pencils which work on paint beautifully!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />
Its been a while! I just don't know where the time goes each month! Its really cold here at the moment, being by the coast we don't tend to get as much frost as other places but boy was that frost thick this morning!!! Its Christmas over at The Artistic Stamper and so I have used the new Christmas stamps from The Artistic Stamper<br />
<br />

<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg13eRTjmY87sHjHWOIltRCdTbqx8xPrOyntFcKNwhp6BxH5vIyKKHXbWMMwQLlorPckBzDQTAMY6Lq6NVA9qnJUWhEJZPFJua_M36Lr0mdBnSzSDt-DIMxsprggXPt1ms7LVYaq9qLe2o/s1600/IMG_7714.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg13eRTjmY87sHjHWOIltRCdTbqx8xPrOyntFcKNwhp6BxH5vIyKKHXbWMMwQLlorPckBzDQTAMY6Lq6NVA9qnJUWhEJZPFJua_M36Lr0mdBnSzSDt-DIMxsprggXPt1ms7LVYaq9qLe2o/s400/IMG_7714.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
This is quite a quick and simple card, I used dark blue acrylic paint to paint a card i punched a piece of paper with a large circle punch and used that as a stencil and applied Picket Fence Distress Ink through the hole!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I then stamped the Santa stamp ensuring that he was onto of the white to create the illusion of him flying past the moon. I stamped some snowflakes in Picket Fence and heat dried them to set. I added the gorgeous new Merry Christmas stamp using Picket Fence Distress Ink and White embossing powder. I then went around the edge of the card with the picket fence pad being very random on how heavy i applied the ink and then added more embossing powder and heat set.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Keep warm and happy creating</div>

<br />
This months challenge starts today over on The Artistic Stamper Blog and Facebook pages, and this month the challenge is Autumn! I only have to look outside my windows to see the wonderful colours that autumn brings and used those colours.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiVImWT2CNx2bjyD7TJlcucUon9V0aStAowYjk0507aqB_l2jj9E9QZ3bFtNSMeqbUru1X37XbZDtjDW1OhxlxMiT2ktq55d4goMyW77IfiOw1Kth6waxfRhBiArltSJnkMzLj-smZd5qQ/s1600/IMG_7624.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiVImWT2CNx2bjyD7TJlcucUon9V0aStAowYjk0507aqB_l2jj9E9QZ3bFtNSMeqbUru1X37XbZDtjDW1OhxlxMiT2ktq55d4goMyW77IfiOw1Kth6waxfRhBiArltSJnkMzLj-smZd5qQ/s400/IMG_7624.jpg" width="300" /></a></div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Using Wild Honey, Rusty Hinge, Fired Brick and Peeled Paint Distress Paint I stamped Lesley's Ivy stamp </div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEihnloildUKXsF4ZPt21N0Cc_b0fyg0G9GfyRzAXWCt1lMryUSB-_3OHpxUXCu-Ft-qzsLcMMPGlHl24cjjcLfbjmBn91yLbjqViU3hmOBv66Yl7-n4PTPhMHX-iSeIjh1rDLEosvfgw_A/s1600/IMG_7617.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEihnloildUKXsF4ZPt21N0Cc_b0fyg0G9GfyRzAXWCt1lMryUSB-_3OHpxUXCu-Ft-qzsLcMMPGlHl24cjjcLfbjmBn91yLbjqViU3hmOBv66Yl7-n4PTPhMHX-iSeIjh1rDLEosvfgw_A/s400/IMG_7617.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I re-stamped the ivy onto a post it note and used this as a mask</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjxgVq7jV8KzyDofg_WzNEtUiDKE6Z8o54rTYFenknLfoAJlR_PsWr3ejv0xA-QuCPj3kkYJlz9G2_dXWRDo12_GK8GX2fCe42ExzrlKARx5Oah7jSJh2F7WtZfaX_nT61g_NuPKDgC-EM/s1600/IMG_7618.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjxgVq7jV8KzyDofg_WzNEtUiDKE6Z8o54rTYFenknLfoAJlR_PsWr3ejv0xA-QuCPj3kkYJlz9G2_dXWRDo12_GK8GX2fCe42ExzrlKARx5Oah7jSJh2F7WtZfaX_nT61g_NuPKDgC-EM/s400/IMG_7618.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Each time inking up the stamp with all four colours and occasionally just doing the odd image plain green.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhltl2MG95ZYR2GSPhSQQ1vSIqdTpX6gz7QrN-X4Gmy36uNcPJBcVK5DAyd0xUZw3iRP-ospqYlfNjjgFGvU1BiTjNrb2iXcL9Hlo9xELNJ4zJ9fGEvEokmmKD5pbT_TtWqM3xGM4tHUOE/s1600/IMG_7619+%25281%2529.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhltl2MG95ZYR2GSPhSQQ1vSIqdTpX6gz7QrN-X4Gmy36uNcPJBcVK5DAyd0xUZw3iRP-ospqYlfNjjgFGvU1BiTjNrb2iXcL9Hlo9xELNJ4zJ9fGEvEokmmKD5pbT_TtWqM3xGM4tHUOE/s400/IMG_7619+%25281%2529.jpg" width="300" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I used to a water brush to pull the colour across - in other words no extra colour was used. I then stamped autumn in the space colours with the Decay alphabet stamps and then cut them out.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhsQXmdrZG6dBIydAZU4rIEN0wPHdXyDIbuGUdrCEfHfE9uaJJHinuySmjHnY1pbgY37Ei9z1ww8yFN-d4OtPAaZqJcaRD5UBQXkIcgi1VZum-dl7v2fKC6tzSt1-rkQ07OJRtNra07hqg/s1600/IMG_7620.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhsQXmdrZG6dBIydAZU4rIEN0wPHdXyDIbuGUdrCEfHfE9uaJJHinuySmjHnY1pbgY37Ei9z1ww8yFN-d4OtPAaZqJcaRD5UBQXkIcgi1VZum-dl7v2fKC6tzSt1-rkQ07OJRtNra07hqg/s400/IMG_7620.jpg" width="300" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I also stamped some extra leaves and cut them out and added one under each letter. I added 3D pads to the letters to give it some depth.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Don't forget to add your challenge piece to the blog, you never know it could be you that wins the free stamps this month!</div>

<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhrg9lt-URCABYaIXsytMgnAyWq2-d5rcZQL5tvbGb_tOxb2zxy9FkPb9LHTFPyg5Ny5Jx-rr3V4gyXfaFaZfrvVz4P_qqs2M5KKaTGsc8d-0daSVsHMqmcir55OCHQql9j1AamT8DOLLw/s1600/IMG_7527.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhrg9lt-URCABYaIXsytMgnAyWq2-d5rcZQL5tvbGb_tOxb2zxy9FkPb9LHTFPyg5Ny5Jx-rr3V4gyXfaFaZfrvVz4P_qqs2M5KKaTGsc8d-0daSVsHMqmcir55OCHQql9j1AamT8DOLLw/s320/IMG_7527.jpg" width="240" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I put some gesso on a tag and then scribbled down, some colour</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh7tMjTTJY-jpfrc0ldmtquM4s6pA7EMSmSLAUuLySzfqLKxA7wmYzJoKTlPxmsh2ZLp3zJRYtVCVFZXNXbX54ZuXYLP-clZJUeRH21AoXf5nncpW0jBRuSBLlD0SfuQJZjwz_TO6rtWOg/s1600/IMG_7528.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh7tMjTTJY-jpfrc0ldmtquM4s6pA7EMSmSLAUuLySzfqLKxA7wmYzJoKTlPxmsh2ZLp3zJRYtVCVFZXNXbX54ZuXYLP-clZJUeRH21AoXf5nncpW0jBRuSBLlD0SfuQJZjwz_TO6rtWOg/s320/IMG_7528.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Added some more paint with my finer and also added some clocks and the Time After Time phrase from one of the Seth Apter stamp sets</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
It needs a couple of finishing touches but as usual do let me know what you think</div>

Sorry its been awhile. I am finding this working lark, crafting and blogging quite a challenge. Unfortunately the work has been winning lately thus the lack of posts, well that combined with the fact that my husband has been out of work for the last three months. As he is about to start his new job as a trainee teacher I am hoping that i will get a bit more crafting done, and thus a bit more blogging. Anyway enough of my ramblings here is the latest project for The Artistic Stamper this months challenge is Monochrome. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh-7qROldfxVtZeKETrECAqvKfkLNjmKTKmL8G-Md1G20ABGL9Gor2pHbTE1ya5KY_uPsYoxc2iRQKzV-c8SngTrI37qGd2hX59042vssd71GnzYF4tNtC6_TX_P-1fnCDW9LJpKboYSRg/s1600/IMG_7340+%25281%2529.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh-7qROldfxVtZeKETrECAqvKfkLNjmKTKmL8G-Md1G20ABGL9Gor2pHbTE1ya5KY_uPsYoxc2iRQKzV-c8SngTrI37qGd2hX59042vssd71GnzYF4tNtC6_TX_P-1fnCDW9LJpKboYSRg/s400/IMG_7340+%25281%2529.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiYMT_JOpzQ15UQEF5ATBui6Rx599vcD0r5tpYbgcQX-JhqHuqCHYtYQd_d2iAI6nwe-UGbGu3aStZX6vOmSW629OZlZZxsOLJf_Slt890_ku7LmdD_6qtjBFPjyD79X6IgDIQ7c1A1jCw/s1600/IMG_7336+%25281%2529.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiYMT_JOpzQ15UQEF5ATBui6Rx599vcD0r5tpYbgcQX-JhqHuqCHYtYQd_d2iAI6nwe-UGbGu3aStZX6vOmSW629OZlZZxsOLJf_Slt890_ku7LmdD_6qtjBFPjyD79X6IgDIQ7c1A1jCw/s400/IMG_7336+%25281%2529.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I started with a piece of black chalkboard card, which just happened to be the only piece of black card i could find! And Stamped the two small stamps from the Family Values A5 plate in white distress ink. It was quite bright on the black so i took a baby wipe and wiped it off above is what was left behind (one of those happy accidents)</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjKX8fl6zqXOUu2dfxviOi5XD7aRaHEShwvN788R-p9dmy5nfDTcmOrG_E24J5k3erMRkEfiW8T-JxSbhprXR8X-lG2cddhIKMGoiwppo95FJPEtAIlk_6SyyCpGVJy2BW_f8ud54r1A-s/s1600/IMG_7337+%25281%2529.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="273" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjKX8fl6zqXOUu2dfxviOi5XD7aRaHEShwvN788R-p9dmy5nfDTcmOrG_E24J5k3erMRkEfiW8T-JxSbhprXR8X-lG2cddhIKMGoiwppo95FJPEtAIlk_6SyyCpGVJy2BW_f8ud54r1A-s/s400/IMG_7337+%25281%2529.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Then i took a selection of The Artistic Stamper Masks and added White Linen Dylusions paint with a sponge through the masks to build up a background and added a couple of pieces of washi tape.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEimlbF8l7VgIZoSecCeE_ghyphenhypheneV877cSF69LzZYPAYrcDQhXVh6hPWJDTO76OQIThybeeQNRAzC5uF-TlPj-cQjjScsseGuvS8fVVbV3A2sxlpCPd0mSrlEJkS1FkQaBwkAbsIjwvWZ-AGE/s1600/IMG_7339+%25281%2529.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="282" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEimlbF8l7VgIZoSecCeE_ghyphenhypheneV877cSF69LzZYPAYrcDQhXVh6hPWJDTO76OQIThybeeQNRAzC5uF-TlPj-cQjjScsseGuvS8fVVbV3A2sxlpCPd0mSrlEJkS1FkQaBwkAbsIjwvWZ-AGE/s400/IMG_7339+%25281%2529.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I stamped the main image from the plate using Black Soot Distress Ink and embossed the image so that it gave it a nice clear image and mounted the stamped image onto a piece of black paper, and matt and layered a couple more layers and then placed it onto the background. Then mounted the background with the image onto a white card. Simple but i thought it was quite effective. Let me know what you think. I do read all of your responses. I shall look forward to seeing all of your entries onto the challenge blog and onto the Facebook page.</div>

<br />
I have finally had time spend a whole day in my craft room today. I had a couple of projects that i had started and wanted to finish - well one in particular that had morphed quite considerably from a wishy washy flat looking canvas into something that i will be hanging on my wall<br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
This is the finished piece i just love Art Alchemy paints especially over black gesso</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Below is how it morphed from an ok idea into something i am really pleased with</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Using a Donna Downey stencil I added some modelling paste </div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Then added some layers of paper and tissue </div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgieCTRhKhFdGBUHqmogOiDcLxz1l8K9kcQrAmqVi4uFvE3QnNO8VZT4UF6wpfoAihhf_Fm71vD5HiQFGk97z2mzUVOVlvMlh5e1FG9y3A6xchPMZHkvjmDtOSWmAYupBi3bbBGFUBOYME/s1600/IMG_6939.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgieCTRhKhFdGBUHqmogOiDcLxz1l8K9kcQrAmqVi4uFvE3QnNO8VZT4UF6wpfoAihhf_Fm71vD5HiQFGk97z2mzUVOVlvMlh5e1FG9y3A6xchPMZHkvjmDtOSWmAYupBi3bbBGFUBOYME/s400/IMG_6939.jpg" width="300" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Added some drippage with a glue gun. Then covered the lot in white gesso </div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgKUdupvh6iEqvyjcSk_GYCQEljYao2O38RO7LMtoeMP88tTQMQHdCL7z39C9XBkBFzHp4A0Xi6JYMYi_1sLP9daDrS0F7o0Re1esBJ-vtXyE-1KZ0122IAkNGJQTAk3B1zkdqhxVaew1A/s1600/IMG_6958.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgKUdupvh6iEqvyjcSk_GYCQEljYao2O38RO7LMtoeMP88tTQMQHdCL7z39C9XBkBFzHp4A0Xi6JYMYi_1sLP9daDrS0F7o0Re1esBJ-vtXyE-1KZ0122IAkNGJQTAk3B1zkdqhxVaew1A/s400/IMG_6958.jpg" width="300" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Then in my infinite wisdom i decided to paint it in pink, green and silver and when it was dry it looked a bit dull and boring. This all happened at the beginning of April and i have been looking at it every time i have been in my craft room trying to decide what to do with it until last weekend and then i covered the whole thing with black gesso and today added Blueberry, a darker pink and silver Art Alchemy Paints and then having painted it all decided a paint brush over the stencilled one would look quite cool so out came a spare brush - just the right size covered it in gesso and paint and voila!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I did also gesso a yogurt pot with an idea of adding some texture to it but that it seems is going to be another work in progress. i did manage to get a project done for The Artistic Stamper DT which you will be able to see on The Artistic Stamper blog tomorrow.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Thanks for checking in i am now off to pack my bag as tomorrow we are off to Hull for my daughters graduation to see her receive her Master of Physics degree in which she achieved 2:1 (yes i am a very proud mum in case you hadn't guessed lol)</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />
I have got a bit behind recently, hopefully we can now get back on track.<br />
Here is my latest offering for this months challenge over at The Artistic Stamper, the theme this month is all things bright and beautiful. Somehow you can say that without saying all creatures great and small can you or is it just me!!<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhnITVckpOlJ5ohEfVvRfZaAeZT4abeGjtKdKvNbCAyOnbGEhJ-AB0a0Bxw4VxlZV9vJ9IsfDEMeeH4zZQecGtdDr1lGZCoIABdK-wniXZ5XzTM6n0Wnya4goWy8UACd369bqjLpIsn_ec/s1600/IMG_7310.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhnITVckpOlJ5ohEfVvRfZaAeZT4abeGjtKdKvNbCAyOnbGEhJ-AB0a0Bxw4VxlZV9vJ9IsfDEMeeH4zZQecGtdDr1lGZCoIABdK-wniXZ5XzTM6n0Wnya4goWy8UACd369bqjLpIsn_ec/s400/IMG_7310.JPG" width="300" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
This month i was on holiday at the beginning of the month then had my anniversary, then daughters birthday, so i am afraid its another tag. This one was done with the new Stencils from Georgina which are just fab for all things crafty. Each flower stencil has a large stencil (6x6) and then a small one which is about 3 x 3 which is the one i have used here. I pushed grunge paste through the stencil add some infusions keeping the mask in place and wiping the infusions through and then adding a bit of gold embossing powder to the centre whilst the paste was still wet and then embossed it.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
The paints were dylusions and i used squeezed orange and lemon zest. The stamps of course are all from The Artistic Stamper.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Thanks for popping by and i really do promise to try and upload more projects this month!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />
Its been extremely manic here at Smith Towers, as part of my new job, I have been organising the Faversham Transport Weekend, which took up most of my crafting time. Here is this months project for Artistic Stamper June challenge. This month the challenge is to just use red, blue and yellow. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhsbT5T3THqYcxOIQb9T0syTmcZ4v1mYOD-NofQZ5EcaKQw_P5oS6sf5Bd9QsUW4MkDiEPRh14l81C3gddY55xfn0Ow8KxvOBqLjwzS_NEvRTHkc2CQVxNcqqQTRO7v_r15BE7Jrvozoes/s1600/IMG_7104.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhsbT5T3THqYcxOIQb9T0syTmcZ4v1mYOD-NofQZ5EcaKQw_P5oS6sf5Bd9QsUW4MkDiEPRh14l81C3gddY55xfn0Ow8KxvOBqLjwzS_NEvRTHkc2CQVxNcqqQTRO7v_r15BE7Jrvozoes/s400/IMG_7104.JPG" width="300" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I started with a large tag </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiCnqkKVfFxL3Lx4xfthanKaaowRwmgF0D6NHkF-D461_NK9zo42cFyuQNX8RfwHAFMgyj0bqteEm4LzLfmcOh6ukITZhVkk0yXpPcVjtIc95umKACusdDpj4yMvS0uAbj1qwSQulZf6mA/s1600/IMG_7053.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiCnqkKVfFxL3Lx4xfthanKaaowRwmgF0D6NHkF-D461_NK9zo42cFyuQNX8RfwHAFMgyj0bqteEm4LzLfmcOh6ukITZhVkk0yXpPcVjtIc95umKACusdDpj4yMvS0uAbj1qwSQulZf6mA/s400/IMG_7053.JPG" width="300" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I added some book text to the tag and then popped some paste through two of the new Artistic Stamper Stencils, firstly through<a href="http://www.theartisticstamper.com/artistic_stamper_masks.htm" target="_blank"> random dots</a> and then <a href="http://www.theartisticstamper.com/artistic_stamper_masks.htm" target="_blank">Lesley Matthewsons flower mask</a> (which you guessed it thats the photo i forgot)</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Then some Wild Honey Distress spray Stain</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh3_0Kvpgn3G6_jmDUIUb-fqcPU19hk8121lOo_Xbv6jFy9sCh601B8d-0qg9Ebn6HAU1r-GF-9d4SXio3S7cXds9Nn1A6-2ybYg2ToWsgdTgD0m_-CrrGVCI3OFWp9Eh3_gihHIIScgQo/s1600/IMG_7101.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh3_0Kvpgn3G6_jmDUIUb-fqcPU19hk8121lOo_Xbv6jFy9sCh601B8d-0qg9Ebn6HAU1r-GF-9d4SXio3S7cXds9Nn1A6-2ybYg2ToWsgdTgD0m_-CrrGVCI3OFWp9Eh3_gihHIIScgQo/s400/IMG_7101.JPG" width="300" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
After blotting the surplus ink off into my journal this is what was left</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhaP1KGlyx7zssPQA3pNVuiHiZWkXrcc7RWU4w2dmydJFTXUAR9mee3wLR5xHIFw-OaZPAUX8T3424mNu-wwGFQ5nmojG7my4ACLohNDcWF3H8nUX8APfI0W8wXaLOnYgvPy2SY5l-5zx0/s1600/IMG_7104.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhaP1KGlyx7zssPQA3pNVuiHiZWkXrcc7RWU4w2dmydJFTXUAR9mee3wLR5xHIFw-OaZPAUX8T3424mNu-wwGFQ5nmojG7my4ACLohNDcWF3H8nUX8APfI0W8wXaLOnYgvPy2SY5l-5zx0/s400/IMG_7104.JPG" width="300" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I stamped Seize the moment and one of the Neil Walker birds and stamped them onto a piece of card sprayed with the Candied Apple and Wild Honey. I also used the small flower from the Lesley Matthewsons stamp set Lesleys Flowers. I also went around everything with a white pen.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I shall look forward to seeing all of your entries on the blog and Facebook</div>

<br />
Sorry I have been quite quiet lately, I wasn't well and then i started a new job so its been a bit manic here at Smith Towers!!<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgOz-asRtcEE7e61NhwYGIq9GEzlpLz70JtzO188wFkW1xJVzqN3xHkpMPaq4la9EPhguP1nP3v3vlZYjGb9zzTYBGo1qPh99wahPqIn_sLvoTwbAO66tAKs5vUxjHcc7kxJKl08qjoa9w/s1600/IMG_0005.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgOz-asRtcEE7e61NhwYGIq9GEzlpLz70JtzO188wFkW1xJVzqN3xHkpMPaq4la9EPhguP1nP3v3vlZYjGb9zzTYBGo1qPh99wahPqIn_sLvoTwbAO66tAKs5vUxjHcc7kxJKl08qjoa9w/s400/IMG_0005.jpg" width="295" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<br />
I started this canvas some time ago, i started by putting texture paste through a few assorted stencils. Added some lace down the side and then added on various embellishments, Prima Elementals, cogs assorted beads from old bits of jewellery and one of the beautiful Prima Relics and Artifacts flaming hearts. These come in a pack of three hearts and are all ready to be painted and put onto your project or turned into jewellery. <br />
<br />
I added some glue gun drippage and then covered the whole thing with black gesso. Once the black gesso had dried properly I then painted with some of the new Finnabar Art Alchemy Paints. These paints are little pots of joy! They really are they glimmer and shine and some are even two tone. So lovely to use too. <br />
<br />
the little pot in the corner was made out of paper clay and painted in the same manner as everything else. The Harlequin diamonds in the top corner are from a Finnabair Stencil and Prima Texture paste.<br />
<br />
As always do let me know what you think. I will try harder to post a few more projects now I am creating properly again lol.<br />
<br />
Happy Crafting<br />

<br />
Hope you all received plenty of chocolate over the weekend. Here is my latest project for The Artistic Stamper Design Team. The topic this month is Distress and with that thought in mind I decided to start with a large size 10 Kraft tag. Was trying to decide whether to whether to use Distress spray stains or Distress paint - I opted for the paint<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjiSSGe0C0SEFjderh0vPIrB8eNJRJSLjnsuLkPVwJQOfx5_20LgOlRpNNerx6oWWb7DuDh3gT9c8eIMepfZKzbR37zgNe5g3snmPzKL2Zf3-A_7jsb27Y2Gp6j0tihyneBDQtZBlvUo8c/s1600/IMG_6928.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjiSSGe0C0SEFjderh0vPIrB8eNJRJSLjnsuLkPVwJQOfx5_20LgOlRpNNerx6oWWb7DuDh3gT9c8eIMepfZKzbR37zgNe5g3snmPzKL2Zf3-A_7jsb27Y2Gp6j0tihyneBDQtZBlvUo8c/s400/IMG_6928.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I used <a href="http://www.theartisticstamper.com/distress_paints.htm" target="_blank">Aged Mahogany, Spiced Marmalade, Antique Linen and Picket Fence</a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh999TWwtfryvrTbjABLMHFLingSHND4EYUyfBtb8K7YM4YVqI_xpZh6jr6SklU4K5Qg9VhyKo1E7x1wkYJr4bdALIwjjVVTlkY3NIWwBXBhrWgvzrnn1MunXRM5tF9Mvs0zWg9rTFrHX0/s1600/IMG_6910.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh999TWwtfryvrTbjABLMHFLingSHND4EYUyfBtb8K7YM4YVqI_xpZh6jr6SklU4K5Qg9VhyKo1E7x1wkYJr4bdALIwjjVVTlkY3NIWwBXBhrWgvzrnn1MunXRM5tF9Mvs0zWg9rTFrHX0/s400/IMG_6910.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I started with one <a href="http://www.theartisticstamper.com/tags.htm" target="_blank">Kraft size 10 Tag</a> and piece of Tim Holtz Tissue ripped so that it was smaller than the tag</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEirr3jI-KXxmHgJDhpPtA6LIEet7ZRkdOgWQqJg-VKztfLd75aM_eGpIZzQPcIUUncYYQYD33aQxSbA8qQ8pXl_XyjNNNNXGKFBOEobsgYQ6D-_OKBcjvmmteopKwohzKNayktaafLLL14/s1600/IMG_6913.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEirr3jI-KXxmHgJDhpPtA6LIEet7ZRkdOgWQqJg-VKztfLd75aM_eGpIZzQPcIUUncYYQYD33aQxSbA8qQ8pXl_XyjNNNNXGKFBOEobsgYQ6D-_OKBcjvmmteopKwohzKNayktaafLLL14/s400/IMG_6913.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Added the <a href="http://www.theartisticstamper.com/distress_paints.htm" target="_blank">Antique Linen and Picket Fence</a> to the tissue and stuck it to the tag</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgzoepTJE3WKlMDmKIJuumNAF5Vy8Na-IZULVq9aJkBzbRVaYppd8TSkM0Og2jCjOgjQZMcuiEnfLv7n-Q3Cx9Vcx0WbegOrW7odH2UXqlUBz_Ul_IXpenWPAhKi3KJVEM8DKZ3V7VDdWw/s1600/IMG_6914.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgzoepTJE3WKlMDmKIJuumNAF5Vy8Na-IZULVq9aJkBzbRVaYppd8TSkM0Og2jCjOgjQZMcuiEnfLv7n-Q3Cx9Vcx0WbegOrW7odH2UXqlUBz_Ul_IXpenWPAhKi3KJVEM8DKZ3V7VDdWw/s400/IMG_6914.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I just used the sponge on the paints to draw the paint across a piece of card with the Aged Mahogany and then add spiced Marmalade over the top and in-between</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhUU2l6Y4AAxF9X6BEgVthIwsPejDUNJPZU4TWdTCz78YOicBzIGj7IbFEYppcc0Bx_V1BLnt_79g6M-k6W9zc2yh9Rsu8RJv2tzGLpHnZT4-Na0TiStwO58ojVyqh7BUMHV0NWFmblx1g/s1600/IMG_6916.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhUU2l6Y4AAxF9X6BEgVthIwsPejDUNJPZU4TWdTCz78YOicBzIGj7IbFEYppcc0Bx_V1BLnt_79g6M-k6W9zc2yh9Rsu8RJv2tzGLpHnZT4-Na0TiStwO58ojVyqh7BUMHV0NWFmblx1g/s400/IMG_6916.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Here is a pic of how i just basically scribbled on the Aged Mahogany and then infilled with the Spiced Marmalade</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I used the <a href="http://www.theartisticstamper.com/sizzix.htm" target="_blank">Sizzix Tim Holz Spiral Flowers Die</a> and used the painted to card to die cut the flowers</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Stuck down the flowers</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I started off stamping the New Ornate Flourish directly onto tag but it looked a bit flat once i had painted it</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg-Qn35br7LQo5XcUFItAX_ysjW3E7zi855CTdtpr_Ko6fM265dGSrN08tt5j3XU4KTkNa9cRpaGevEGdCImTyjBOkvwHim6XpX9stCv7qlyzq12UZKfq3DdmuOueAaoEVwNg1054FIovA/s1600/IMG_6921.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg-Qn35br7LQo5XcUFItAX_ysjW3E7zi855CTdtpr_Ko6fM265dGSrN08tt5j3XU4KTkNa9cRpaGevEGdCImTyjBOkvwHim6XpX9stCv7qlyzq12UZKfq3DdmuOueAaoEVwNg1054FIovA/s400/IMG_6921.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Using the Spiced Marmalade and Aged Mahogany i painted two piece of torn card one with each colour and then edged and stamped <a href="http://www.theartisticstamper.com/journaling_stamps.htm" target="_blank">Inspiration from Journaling words 3</a> with <a href="http://www.theartisticstamper.com/distress_inks_2015.htm" target="_blank">Ground Espresso Distress Ink</a>, stamped some dots using the <a href="http://www.theartisticstamper.com/background_stamps.htm" target="_blank">Dots background stamp </a>to add some more detail to the background.</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I stamped the flourish onto a piece of ready painted card and cut it out, made some more flowers and added those at the bottom </div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Added a couple to the opposite top corner and some beads, and edged the tag with Ground Espresso distress Ink</div>

<br />
Here is a journal page i did a couple of weeks ago for the Colour Me Positive 2016 Challenge. Its a fab challenge with some really lovely people. This page was inspired by a journal page by the very talented Marta Lapkowska, she is truly inspirational and for those of you haven't come across her - although I am pretty certain most of you will have - she is on Finnabairs design team as well as several others.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjclrpMZ81VyDyDsbgneAIppD5F-XXSJEXtWbJRN-iHqH1kVFoW09Fi7mMlr_1OBXSQxrxIZUT7q-bZCteYS5LYRDgYpdYZAohqiwpyEtPUtrG51f_-9bawWsQ5Df0f8yvsSFdXdNUH5s0/s1600/FullSizeRender+28.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjclrpMZ81VyDyDsbgneAIppD5F-XXSJEXtWbJRN-iHqH1kVFoW09Fi7mMlr_1OBXSQxrxIZUT7q-bZCteYS5LYRDgYpdYZAohqiwpyEtPUtrG51f_-9bawWsQ5Df0f8yvsSFdXdNUH5s0/s640/FullSizeRender+28.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I really love the way this page turned out </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgb3CqRoOpgA3HRg5je2H9RHUqr2Hj_ue2fu-te-qVH3KMiEcK5WDKDplZqvOFI79h6DDOj-CNxVtvoiwm46zTs5DTSqtSR7_AhDE3r8s9n6LMt7XYO5Vvu_KrJOUrNBajFhx08P32tf_A/s1600/IMG_6682.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgb3CqRoOpgA3HRg5je2H9RHUqr2Hj_ue2fu-te-qVH3KMiEcK5WDKDplZqvOFI79h6DDOj-CNxVtvoiwm46zTs5DTSqtSR7_AhDE3r8s9n6LMt7XYO5Vvu_KrJOUrNBajFhx08P32tf_A/s400/IMG_6682.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
First of all I added some texture paste through a stencil, also added some glitter to the paste which is why it looks brown in places</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhgBS4Iawpwe-8gc61rbTJoXfgqIm7TIEoI36HI2r__RNcKE3ztYDUyE-OtDiBS7NTFyF74o8Pu7cqy1j3D1TvH_wAzIBIJ4K8dQMb6e8-TkUslwJuO8Wrcei2z_4kOj73NxW4_M6D6Z4k/s1600/IMG_6683.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhgBS4Iawpwe-8gc61rbTJoXfgqIm7TIEoI36HI2r__RNcKE3ztYDUyE-OtDiBS7NTFyF74o8Pu7cqy1j3D1TvH_wAzIBIJ4K8dQMb6e8-TkUslwJuO8Wrcei2z_4kOj73NxW4_M6D6Z4k/s400/IMG_6683.jpg" width="300" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Once the original texture paste had dried I added some more paste through a circle stencil. Once that was dried I added some lace and hessian, stamped a piece of adhesive canvas using a Tim Holtz script stamp</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh8In8orjM15yYMyNJBg_0UB0iCeX_K6aQJvE-pf4xocgWIRhgHEZaaliIndohUssO-TOOrlmMWqRgyHTVYfH9thlYjdVzVPEj_A4qNLjr37zMmmOwDu0nX1Bv_7h4zkNvR9KuSnHQFCIg/s1600/IMG_6684.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh8In8orjM15yYMyNJBg_0UB0iCeX_K6aQJvE-pf4xocgWIRhgHEZaaliIndohUssO-TOOrlmMWqRgyHTVYfH9thlYjdVzVPEj_A4qNLjr37zMmmOwDu0nX1Bv_7h4zkNvR9KuSnHQFCIg/s400/IMG_6684.jpg" width="300" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I did the same on the opposite page</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgiw68sc-0blX6g2Vr-RaiWjQujuOiv6CAvM6QcUs_Dsn4n0n7JgI35_5x0a25MXFOh-bOXmQ6sgpiCSgEc8yEBA0kDF-47OqpsFINGasINVDm4dwz-gpuzST2LAlhcpY81mz7sgiOJX5s/s1600/IMG_6685.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgiw68sc-0blX6g2Vr-RaiWjQujuOiv6CAvM6QcUs_Dsn4n0n7JgI35_5x0a25MXFOh-bOXmQ6sgpiCSgEc8yEBA0kDF-47OqpsFINGasINVDm4dwz-gpuzST2LAlhcpY81mz7sgiOJX5s/s400/IMG_6685.jpg" width="300" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
The script on the canvas I also frayed the edges to give a nice shabby chic effect</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I also punched out some circles and stamped on those as well and sprayed the canvas pieces with the same colours of Distress Stain Sprays I had used on the back ground, unfortunately as usual I got carried away at this point and forgot to take separate photos as i applied the sprays but basically i started with a bit of Wild Honey, added some Tea Dye and some Cracked Pistachio and then the dark bits are Ground Espresso - this is such a fab brown. Most of the ground espresso was added by taking the top off and using the pipey bit(technical term) to drip the the colour down the page and around the edges and also around the texture paste circles.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjCd-FVJrbPAp12eChMfaP7Ofa2FwEVqG5_Z_RD0DqDvLt8PhXoB_1mnl7u4XPIPzmOKIP3rL_9pf4FPxh8WLQ9CJHD7wGWDIRvDAcvzaRKSlRJf52wk23IDbhUo-Zwk-xQ6MQka7Ip6ng/s1600/IMG_6690.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjCd-FVJrbPAp12eChMfaP7Ofa2FwEVqG5_Z_RD0DqDvLt8PhXoB_1mnl7u4XPIPzmOKIP3rL_9pf4FPxh8WLQ9CJHD7wGWDIRvDAcvzaRKSlRJf52wk23IDbhUo-Zwk-xQ6MQka7Ip6ng/s400/IMG_6690.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I added some more bits of canvas and then stamped with brown archival directly onto the textured circles. I used a fab set by Kaisercraft.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj2EYBQxruNdiSx18sap3PncUGORT3tPtrDge51QmTp0B-x5O4Ju1OVwaAEAgF2A4f2h-rHzUwLFuQoervLig1BLFvZyvpJNKIyyNeoFAvDhfQ-aLnZbn3Tz1Mpzgou8rXKvkQqUcc71-E/s1600/IMG_6691.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj2EYBQxruNdiSx18sap3PncUGORT3tPtrDge51QmTp0B-x5O4Ju1OVwaAEAgF2A4f2h-rHzUwLFuQoervLig1BLFvZyvpJNKIyyNeoFAvDhfQ-aLnZbn3Tz1Mpzgou8rXKvkQqUcc71-E/s400/IMG_6691.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
It needed something else so i added some white linen Dylusions spray</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
The key to this I think is adding a bit of spray at a time, and not being afraid to just spray and have fun without going too mad lol! Adding a spray or two of water after you have sprayed the ink - not too much but enough to blend!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Have fun and happy crafting</div>

<br />
Here is my latest post for The Artistic Stamper Challenge. The topic this month is Heart Art and we are all looking forward to seeing you creations with Heart stamps.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhjMF7GppnxWPW4pnMDzQ7lS09_MEmoxCXoQWIk6BSgnQwjfiaai1p-aOv5n4MRRbS60ntcS8gUNgQia508AQ0r3gLm75d7Tc3Bx2RHUgBtaPiRPJ2L188DXhpIsXtyeCxlo82LuRkNJu4/s1600/FullSizeRender+27.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhjMF7GppnxWPW4pnMDzQ7lS09_MEmoxCXoQWIk6BSgnQwjfiaai1p-aOv5n4MRRbS60ntcS8gUNgQia508AQ0r3gLm75d7Tc3Bx2RHUgBtaPiRPJ2L188DXhpIsXtyeCxlo82LuRkNJu4/s400/FullSizeRender+27.jpg" width="397" /></a></div>
<br />
All the paint i used on this project was Paperartsy and as most of the warmer colours are translucent colours I mixed a tiny bit of Snowflake with Postbox red to take away the translucency.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjUK5dCmLwHd07_DKBBP3xorjHd8pSo04BN6MYglGetszXkeEPH7TgpZfe979gPyZuG7D9p7Kz_hrnnCoxsid3_G5s1LiHwjwhH7DdXuUpVLZYr9NvQIbpHqEQ4xKYE1CXKgN4AFkR3Nok/s1600/IMG_6661.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjUK5dCmLwHd07_DKBBP3xorjHd8pSo04BN6MYglGetszXkeEPH7TgpZfe979gPyZuG7D9p7Kz_hrnnCoxsid3_G5s1LiHwjwhH7DdXuUpVLZYr9NvQIbpHqEQ4xKYE1CXKgN4AFkR3Nok/s400/IMG_6661.jpg" width="300" /></a></div>
As you can see i used a tiny amount of white paint but quite a bit of the red, now it will go lighter to start with red and white make pink so just keep mixing it until you have the colour you are after<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjCPvN1WBpc1Ls5N3tfSg58peejC_Z9EXSJZW2CJptNXFs1yJLeg5W7BXPvw5U5K5LzOy_PAt9LhWXbUY3LmX1LKz157CRDQNUWbkGkC3p9rnr90w4qTYXPOwYIDZ_xnhRMaMkbLWpMa0o/s1600/IMG_6662.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjCPvN1WBpc1Ls5N3tfSg58peejC_Z9EXSJZW2CJptNXFs1yJLeg5W7BXPvw5U5K5LzOy_PAt9LhWXbUY3LmX1LKz157CRDQNUWbkGkC3p9rnr90w4qTYXPOwYIDZ_xnhRMaMkbLWpMa0o/s400/IMG_6662.jpg" width="300" /></a></div>
This was after two coats so giving a reasonable coverage now at this point i stamped the heart background in black archival on top of the red.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgDplQPG2dK4Q-PkASr7X4eF0JdD3881KLuoI6BJpSkonbRVHchB-ouiPkasKcbPZKRJ_HqJr0AmwLobYdCwUTtQcwxBLiW_pXn0Ed3li1dH1WRpjQDRMLpNHkoJ-1DpYHzpCr2nUFYhPQ/s1600/IMG_6665.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgDplQPG2dK4Q-PkASr7X4eF0JdD3881KLuoI6BJpSkonbRVHchB-ouiPkasKcbPZKRJ_HqJr0AmwLobYdCwUTtQcwxBLiW_pXn0Ed3li1dH1WRpjQDRMLpNHkoJ-1DpYHzpCr2nUFYhPQ/s400/IMG_6665.jpg" width="300" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
But it wouldnt be one of my posts without missing a photo now would it lol! After the ink had dried i added a very thin layer of crackle glaze left this to try and then added Chalk over the top and then dried</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiZ2RSgLoJhs6m4DljrFf6Be11xKrBbt298a0WDM-wc0sXGo8RmdiPmOMD-iLD8wtqxD7ajtoY7oNsOGigANh0fdlKOo2PzCUylZ4clnUrsscgKz7he5K7I-3my_wcav65rPGBWXvb5lhs/s1600/IMG_6667.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiZ2RSgLoJhs6m4DljrFf6Be11xKrBbt298a0WDM-wc0sXGo8RmdiPmOMD-iLD8wtqxD7ajtoY7oNsOGigANh0fdlKOo2PzCUylZ4clnUrsscgKz7he5K7I-3my_wcav65rPGBWXvb5lhs/s400/IMG_6667.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
As you can see it crackles really nicely and i was really pleased with the effect i had achieved with the heart background!<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEie1YSSaXN2wOwsdGg9ufucfO8pbGm7iYMGZjUySZH5unOaPiA6SoA2usoedYIazJ8cnVOItReYAf7p5c0axWH87OgixoH57JNeU11Xh0_slIOwLoAdl03wsmB47wpDFf6zjkiHYbUCJOU/s1600/IMG_6669.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEie1YSSaXN2wOwsdGg9ufucfO8pbGm7iYMGZjUySZH5unOaPiA6SoA2usoedYIazJ8cnVOItReYAf7p5c0axWH87OgixoH57JNeU11Xh0_slIOwLoAdl03wsmB47wpDFf6zjkiHYbUCJOU/s400/IMG_6669.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I stamped in versamark the solid heart from Roses are red plate and embossed with gold Wow embossing powder. These looked rather flat once dry so i added some grungepaste through the swirl mask and then popped some embossing powder over the top and left the paste to dry. </div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhASe9LcV69CNJUdeI0bRblAPRRGEm17IRDfmMdVmasqSKGzrvqARPzEIJf0xZgGm3iYLq_V5rjw9rPkHcF6ksr07eA17PkKVSqmLMBmzdiiHtLasqXQLWnl12ui3v4keKzbdKN3dph7y0/s1600/IMG_6670.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhASe9LcV69CNJUdeI0bRblAPRRGEm17IRDfmMdVmasqSKGzrvqARPzEIJf0xZgGm3iYLq_V5rjw9rPkHcF6ksr07eA17PkKVSqmLMBmzdiiHtLasqXQLWnl12ui3v4keKzbdKN3dph7y0/s400/IMG_6670.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
This really does need the paste to dry before heating the embossing powder, you can do it earlier but you don't get quite as good effect as you do when you leave it</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi6YMgn5Kr_cHkvIAUcdt7BDMwxS3ynDtGGTrD3OEfJ4pqauSahWkTO3s9e-S0V16y-xask9EfvqyEPuih3TsBvgJF07BnkxcA7RdtK1x4vOFqY5MdpCySmmW1obmU0apuvBS397BWGzNs/s1600/IMG_6671.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi6YMgn5Kr_cHkvIAUcdt7BDMwxS3ynDtGGTrD3OEfJ4pqauSahWkTO3s9e-S0V16y-xask9EfvqyEPuih3TsBvgJF07BnkxcA7RdtK1x4vOFqY5MdpCySmmW1obmU0apuvBS397BWGzNs/s400/IMG_6671.jpg" width="300" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I did the same on another heart </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgWGjFNe5z0AUP-OA3y3G4vVcvv7N6rS6uiojHzLu00Ms1QDGV-f5YBLDFX1KbeK9PS1wJmt_2cRyA-zI65KKVxiPfafxHXwqSbTeBgOUnEnzreVwdlnuEMQQcOJo9uPF_ZlfyM6Evc4XU/s1600/IMG_6672.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgWGjFNe5z0AUP-OA3y3G4vVcvv7N6rS6uiojHzLu00Ms1QDGV-f5YBLDFX1KbeK9PS1wJmt_2cRyA-zI65KKVxiPfafxHXwqSbTeBgOUnEnzreVwdlnuEMQQcOJo9uPF_ZlfyM6Evc4XU/s400/IMG_6672.jpg" width="300" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I also did the same technique with Love from the word mask</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhZPQSPXFO5wV1c2bS6XXbjOq_u-QNeCJqhpB2Q0ybmZEPTnUOu2ouUEzWtBdSBwmaBMAnuDdiCL16K0pzEjkHds2GDdSSO6Ix0Dg1iuarcpCIrtkxbHukNDukSnBHIRJr740Yq687ucHU/s1600/IMG_6674.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhZPQSPXFO5wV1c2bS6XXbjOq_u-QNeCJqhpB2Q0ybmZEPTnUOu2ouUEzWtBdSBwmaBMAnuDdiCL16K0pzEjkHds2GDdSSO6Ix0Dg1iuarcpCIrtkxbHukNDukSnBHIRJr740Yq687ucHU/s400/IMG_6674.jpg" width="300" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Left to dry then heat embossed I also stamped and embossed the small heart border, again from the Roses are red plate and cut them all out</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiDBpwNfUWFtI1hNZUG6orkpNDR5whlojsHE-Xc3WZ4CQSnQB-7KkGDkvy7oT23NAqe-gmhktCCdz94N4ojA8Ta8wz3zgPbhrMXEH21H1u_yOpowKdRDlbDJQYkf_PnfIh8ZHRiYBoLVn4/s1600/FullSizeRender+27.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiDBpwNfUWFtI1hNZUG6orkpNDR5whlojsHE-Xc3WZ4CQSnQB-7KkGDkvy7oT23NAqe-gmhktCCdz94N4ojA8Ta8wz3zgPbhrMXEH21H1u_yOpowKdRDlbDJQYkf_PnfIh8ZHRiYBoLVn4/s400/FullSizeRender+27.jpg" width="397" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I added some ground espresso through the swirl masks and also around the edge of the card and the hearts</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />
I know its a bit late but Happy New Year to you all. I haven't been great for the last 6 months or so but hopefully by the end of this week, things should be moving in the right direction and I will hopefully be able to concentrate and think about things a tad more clearly!! Which hopefully will mean more projects made and consequently more material for me to post. I also hoping to start a You Tube Channel. So watch this space and if anybody fancies watching me do a video and there is something in particular you would like to see do let me know.<br />
<br />
This week has been a bit of a busy one and i have to say has been tough going at times especially when your brain just will not work properly lol!! With an idea for a canvas in my head, a post for The Artistic Stamper to do and my nephews birthday. Now sometimes things like these can be made as one, but this time I had three ideas sort of formulating. The canvas is still ongoing but watch this space it will appear. The Artistic Stamper post well that went live Friday night, it should have been this morning but hey we all make mistakes lol<br />
<br />
So here is my nephews birthday card<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I started off with a tag and Tim Holtz brick mask and a piece of torn off paper, I did actually cut a tag using the Tim Holtz Tag die to save trying to get it to fit and then just tore it down and across. I put some grunge paste through the mask before attaching the paper so that it gives the illusion of coming out from underneath the paper</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhJAn9Jxv1tUnkl3eicTdsGiLjBmj59XFYxlrkTNSVeiEoSBFjcrZPriCDczGSlqFwJuHTG3NL7dcdj-ZSZgAZh-ewnv7ZzwFSgycEsuadERa_mumvdtCYc4qDAVo5oiAuLXGtHBBG3_Bo/s1600/IMG_6614.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhJAn9Jxv1tUnkl3eicTdsGiLjBmj59XFYxlrkTNSVeiEoSBFjcrZPriCDczGSlqFwJuHTG3NL7dcdj-ZSZgAZh-ewnv7ZzwFSgycEsuadERa_mumvdtCYc4qDAVo5oiAuLXGtHBBG3_Bo/s400/IMG_6614.jpg" width="217" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
At this point i was also trying to do my project for The Artistic Stamper and was flitting from one to the other taking photos of everything or so i thought! I also added some Ranger clear texture paste through the Burlap Tim Holtz mask and then once dry I sprayed with Distress Stain Sprays in Tea Die, Shabby Shutters and Bone China. Coloured a chipboard element with the same colours but only in paint and stamped onto some light brown tissue paper stamped an Indigo blu eye and some cogs and adhered these to the tags with gel medium</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg6tufQcfxa6OQHMsuwD4jv8pDP6EdcmU-Xej8zKELmKIfpu6uJRPMmPj50H-782yi6d3CPdvkftrxOWdMHOC07VhZFICO9nh6q7ZGyvUgDs2BZw7lUQFTXqpz2Dg-x6S6_fhhta-8h2Ug/s1600/IMG_6630+%25284%2529.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg6tufQcfxa6OQHMsuwD4jv8pDP6EdcmU-Xej8zKELmKIfpu6uJRPMmPj50H-782yi6d3CPdvkftrxOWdMHOC07VhZFICO9nh6q7ZGyvUgDs2BZw7lUQFTXqpz2Dg-x6S6_fhhta-8h2Ug/s400/IMG_6630+%25284%2529.jpg" width="220" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I also added some ground espresso distress ink around the edges and ever so lightly the top of the chippie to tone it all down and just make it that tad more masculine.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgFyKzX5odn1Q3rVVFbDmHyFw7d00uC3bTzkyhRh9x8x5r3wlH67RIhMqeCRjjxt6pQ_O80rpm250cUdha56x6huyFLo6S_ZIXPXvAB60-qjNOCqug_jn0ZM-t94J24e01_5dDRApUJ6jo/s1600/IMG_6638.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgFyKzX5odn1Q3rVVFbDmHyFw7d00uC3bTzkyhRh9x8x5r3wlH67RIhMqeCRjjxt6pQ_O80rpm250cUdha56x6huyFLo6S_ZIXPXvAB60-qjNOCqug_jn0ZM-t94J24e01_5dDRApUJ6jo/s400/IMG_6638.jpg" width="198" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I also added a coin and metal brad in the top corner. The coin had already been painted and so blended in beautifully I added some fibres to the top and got out my trusty and printed 17 today and stuck it down the side.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I have a large stash of papers which nowadays i rarely use so this year i have promised myself to try and use them as much as possible instead of keeping them all nice and pristine, its lovely being able to stroke them but you bought them to use (oops did i say that lol) Found a nice piece of Kaisercraft paper and cut it to size added some ground espresso to take away the whiteness and added it all to a card</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />
At this busy time of year we mustn't forget those whose birthdays are in December, my mother-in-law is one of those people and this year it was her 80th birthday and so I felt that this warranted a special card I have recently been introduced to the wonderful chippie pieces from Scrapiniec. There chipboard pieces are beautifully intricate and extremely delicate. Here is the card I created.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgLFxjXfENdhMqV6SVYB05AsZ9JiOtbCZCy2iKmrgfThVGwCn0x6cV6O1petVwafJmT-aGYmFMmnCjhCxSnGf31li1cgv20tjovWHYzP5gGHX4Agq8Pu6zgWGflCJ0zzdDnXUYayclIrzc/s1600/FullSizeRender+19.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="397" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgLFxjXfENdhMqV6SVYB05AsZ9JiOtbCZCy2iKmrgfThVGwCn0x6cV6O1petVwafJmT-aGYmFMmnCjhCxSnGf31li1cgv20tjovWHYzP5gGHX4Agq8Pu6zgWGflCJ0zzdDnXUYayclIrzc/s400/FullSizeRender+19.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I cut a piece adhesive canvas from Ranger and added some paper and some embellishments you can see here the bare chipboard pieces</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgKqsRr_PwvkcFsZnxWgywOvmSpGDJl8N99PCoKQ9W-2b2zb3ckP7at0ThiDWY3ZfSGmNZlVotGh_B2-9StA1GTThNWxtBMhS5Lb9cf_Ym1xYN5mCE6IzIEkHqUWQ_-fkrnSvRM8T27YcY/s1600/FullSizeRender+20.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="378" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgKqsRr_PwvkcFsZnxWgywOvmSpGDJl8N99PCoKQ9W-2b2zb3ckP7at0ThiDWY3ZfSGmNZlVotGh_B2-9StA1GTThNWxtBMhS5Lb9cf_Ym1xYN5mCE6IzIEkHqUWQ_-fkrnSvRM8T27YcY/s400/FullSizeRender+20.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I then started adding Distress ink sprays I used, Tea Dye, Wild Honey and Spied Marmalade </div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi9H6Z8mI5mV7Al1cWy5OBX9ao22lWxRKsseYYSXslwStEPdd4NhjFKkAQSWG03z59hsrlBRspP7r-zEL8mKH03CWj4GOLyzBQfiZvkLf6uUJrIcGBl9Y1DlTD4-sCnegVdVDy0b-gB0oY/s1600/FullSizeRender+21.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="393" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi9H6Z8mI5mV7Al1cWy5OBX9ao22lWxRKsseYYSXslwStEPdd4NhjFKkAQSWG03z59hsrlBRspP7r-zEL8mKH03CWj4GOLyzBQfiZvkLf6uUJrIcGBl9Y1DlTD4-sCnegVdVDy0b-gB0oY/s400/FullSizeRender+21.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
The face in the frame is one of Sandra Evertsons Relics and Artifacts. I covered the lot in gesso before spraying as you can see here.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I thought i had taken a photo of the fully completed card but i obviously forgot! once the sprays had dried i mounted this piece onto an 8 x 8 square card</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Thanks for popping by and I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and New Year</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />
Me again, I know i am a bit like a London bus today you don't see me for ages then two come at once lol! Lots going on over here in Smith towers but lets not get into that its quite boring lol!<br />
<br />
So here is my latest creation, i had just taken possession of the latest release Distress colour - Lucky Clover and whilst i was testing it out to see how the colour came out i had this thought. The thought was that maybe whilst trying to get the colour for Cracked Pistachio, maybe, just maybe Tim and the Ranger gang also came across Lucky Clover! So i thought why not put the two together and create and ombre effect. Here is what I came up with<br />
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhxZ2TTS7s1DxJyqq57GlmI1cYOgjAkdwVncDUiM0Bifxwv43RmMj5DcvWQuv8cwW4058YyhPBhwZgBmh6Ey3-JY5O6b905BbdXNPZ1tdveEuXHA4km2pLRIrbHKWhdxisf7GDL3brOu-U/s1600/IMG_6367.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhxZ2TTS7s1DxJyqq57GlmI1cYOgjAkdwVncDUiM0Bifxwv43RmMj5DcvWQuv8cwW4058YyhPBhwZgBmh6Ey3-JY5O6b905BbdXNPZ1tdveEuXHA4km2pLRIrbHKWhdxisf7GDL3brOu-U/s400/IMG_6367.jpg" width="300" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Here is a quick step by step I would like to point out that i did actually try to video this canvas however trying to paint one handed whilst trying to video at the same time is not really that simple lol! Think i will add a tripod to my Christmas list ;-)</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj1EdIOk2ws74kUuI67Q1pAbfKZkW727IoVj52bK0Zixx2icLm1uF_i-ICt4ybSR4zt4t4HShiBZThmGf-XTfp5ETNF87udN8k6uYIdEyET1HMQ7aF9P6UDCwXCpeP8uoO6asDZkxGjIk4/s1600/IMG_6355.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj1EdIOk2ws74kUuI67Q1pAbfKZkW727IoVj52bK0Zixx2icLm1uF_i-ICt4ybSR4zt4t4HShiBZThmGf-XTfp5ETNF87udN8k6uYIdEyET1HMQ7aF9P6UDCwXCpeP8uoO6asDZkxGjIk4/s400/IMG_6355.jpg" width="300" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Firstly i painted cracked Pistachio with a dry brush up to about 3/4 of the canvas</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgu1Or_IrtESIT8A9TsayJe7NMvxPm9uZMB5pbDk8V418FfwwefHKI7SNycYmF4LFJgrLSA8WYu_vORTxsRkZ-cypZX1iFJqQPhtmoaSm3ENn7vIT4kMycDtcV81Wpjg5ESES7IhTHckjg/s1600/IMG_6359.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgu1Or_IrtESIT8A9TsayJe7NMvxPm9uZMB5pbDk8V418FfwwefHKI7SNycYmF4LFJgrLSA8WYu_vORTxsRkZ-cypZX1iFJqQPhtmoaSm3ENn7vIT4kMycDtcV81Wpjg5ESES7IhTHckjg/s400/IMG_6359.jpg" width="300" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Then added the Lucky Clover paint in the same way blending as the two met</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgTNrdrlbwoAyUoePKUazNNOzrb6b71ZeTtBFgg24tpalKjWp78F2GQfP795Qbz87V-Zh6zLV1T8T1-6JYcuusbvOaU6v3YWgEkQ2yAUhf5LB44omt_cgJ3KBTeUbGIHg8bRVXRR68zg-8/s1600/IMG_6361.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgTNrdrlbwoAyUoePKUazNNOzrb6b71ZeTtBFgg24tpalKjWp78F2GQfP795Qbz87V-Zh6zLV1T8T1-6JYcuusbvOaU6v3YWgEkQ2yAUhf5LB44omt_cgJ3KBTeUbGIHg8bRVXRR68zg-8/s400/IMG_6361.jpg" width="300" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I drew some flowers with a pencil got a bit carried away with excitement and gesso'd over the top before i could take a pic - duh!!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgljj6YBT4JG0ReMcu2rGLLyqSu6xBUJ5yPwBiSN8YIeoQkbKLI_dyq4CnPhl2aK0ocA_KY76bUuU8r0ebCi4RtdUR_9a7KIxzNhGBsvOTYfByFkhfl-uS74jzzrvQWbN7nTs1SncgAI8o/s1600/IMG_6362.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgljj6YBT4JG0ReMcu2rGLLyqSu6xBUJ5yPwBiSN8YIeoQkbKLI_dyq4CnPhl2aK0ocA_KY76bUuU8r0ebCi4RtdUR_9a7KIxzNhGBsvOTYfByFkhfl-uS74jzzrvQWbN7nTs1SncgAI8o/s400/IMG_6362.jpg" width="300" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I went around the edges of the pencil lines with Black Soot Distress Paint and a very thin detailer brush and then painted the petals in abandoned coral</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgKmLdrWsO1WJpygWM6JPhZKKyspqNgA8arclQS7EwQ-hqnxc73rXRw9dysV_apr_VnYyM55qM1x7ECpNRCp_40Qz5yA0oMfJ9mKtJCPmbyglSrrMmocothuoHIugWP0Gx_ESgFVK_AVRA/s1600/IMG_6363.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgKmLdrWsO1WJpygWM6JPhZKKyspqNgA8arclQS7EwQ-hqnxc73rXRw9dysV_apr_VnYyM55qM1x7ECpNRCp_40Qz5yA0oMfJ9mKtJCPmbyglSrrMmocothuoHIugWP0Gx_ESgFVK_AVRA/s400/IMG_6363.jpg" width="300" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Where i had changed my mind on the size of the biggest flower i repainted over the gesso with both greens again to cover</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhhR7doqroeQXZdFSNJvLu93jgWr-LRcaCC5iKJNgrNzJ8yxN_aPDEw_KpJWh8RCcnbimtIAN2VwjvTh2sKzOGir6ErQ7vrXyQ1CzpHiPoJU8qiol5IaP7-c6cE3v8glMUu_zxoJbn8tOs/s1600/IMG_6365.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhhR7doqroeQXZdFSNJvLu93jgWr-LRcaCC5iKJNgrNzJ8yxN_aPDEw_KpJWh8RCcnbimtIAN2VwjvTh2sKzOGir6ErQ7vrXyQ1CzpHiPoJU8qiol5IaP7-c6cE3v8glMUu_zxoJbn8tOs/s400/IMG_6365.jpg" width="300" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Next out came the Grunge Paste and some white paint through some crafter workshop stencils. There were a few white bits showing through where the stencil and been as you can see from this photo</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
